Any product (unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging) can be returned within 30 days of purchase. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
Important Notes:
- Final Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.
(This applies to items explicitly marked as Final Sale at the time of purchase.)
- Do not return defective items. Your return will be denied, and no refund will be issued. If you received a defective item, please contact Customer Service.
You may choose to receive store credit or get a refund to the original form of payment.
- Shipping fees will not be applied for store credit refunds & exchanges.
- A return shipping fee will apply if you request a refund to the original form of payment.
How To Return (or Exchange) Your Product
- To start your return process, please log in to your account by clicking here. Once logged in, you can submit a return request for your order.
- You will receive an email with a shipping label and instructions on how to send the product back.
- Once your item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your return.
If your return is approved and:
- You requested store credit: You will receive an email with an electronic gift card for the value of your return, and return shipping will be free of charge.
- You requested a refund to your original form of payment: The return shipping fee will be deducted, and the transaction may take 5-10 business days to appear on your bank or credit card statement.
Customer Responsibility:
It is your responsibility to return the product in acceptable condition. If your returned item is damaged (whether by you or during transit), you may not receive the full product value.
