United States Orders
Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s) once your order has shipped.
Not to worry, most of our items will be left in your postbox if they are small enough and if the postman does not have access to your postbox, it will usually be left at your local post office for you to pick up!
Not to worry, as long as you reach out to us immediately regarding the error in your address, we would be more than happy to change it for you. Just email us your full, correct address along with your order number and we would update your details for you.
*If 2 hours have passed since you place your order we might not be able to change the address for you still notify us we will do our best*
Shipping usually takes about 3 - 7 days to the U.S. and Europe but other countries like Australia & Canada it will take 10-30 days depending on your location and the opening hours of your local post office.
**The Item Guarantee Period lasts 15 business days to U.S customers and the buyer is eligible for an order reshipment if they have not received their item by then

Returns are accepted as long as the item is returned in the same condition in which it was delivered and does not exceed 30 days of the buyer receiving the item. Simply reach out to our Customer Service Team if you wish to inquire about a return. We are always happy to help!
If you have changed your mind about your order, please email us ASAP to change the order and we will help sort something out. Please note that any order changes will need to be done within 2 hours of the initial purchase
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale or discounted items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
If you have not received any emails from us confirming your purchase, do let us know immediately via email or our contact form with your full name/shipping address name and we would help sort this out as soon as we can.
Sometimes our emails may end up in your spam/junk or other folders and we would like to ask you to check them before contacting us.
If your order was unexpectedly canceled, chances are that our fraud filter marked your order as fraudulent. If this was a mistake, please order again with a Paypal account. If you do not have Paypal, you can easily sign up on the checkout page!
